    Experience the captivating Mind, Body and Soul Festival, a transformative wellness event in partnership with Lucienne Shakir.

    Held at the historic Delapré Abbey in the heart of Northampton, these extraordinary gatherings nurture the mind, revitalise the body, and uplift the spirit.

    With empowering workshops, immersive sessions, and enlightening talks featuring headlining acts like Laura Hof, our meticulously designed programme reflects our core values of community, wellbeing, and Northamptonshire heritage.

    Early risers 9am / Doors open 10am
    Guests can arrive by 9:30am & welcomes will begin at 10am

    Empowerment day, including keynote speakers Laura Hof, Lucienne Coaching, Men’s Health and confidence by Ned Shakir, as well as a drumming circle by Hannah Lily, Yoga & Pilates classes for all by local teachers and lots more. Other activities on the day include barefoot trail, ice baths, and star gazing with a pizza finale.

  • What to bring

    Make your weekend comfy, warm and happy with the following suggestions 

    Essentials:

    Water, Blankets, Suncream, Jumpers, Umbrellas, Rain coat, Towel, Swimsuit 

    For Activities 

    Water Activities: Swimwear, towels, change of clothes (showers are provided)

    Music Activities: Ear defenders if needed, dancing, shoes, comfortable clothes 

    Yoga & Pilates: Yoga mats (bricks not essential) 

    Stargazing: Sleeping bags, blankets, camp chairs 

    Keynote Talks: A way of making notes

    Extra Information 

    Payment method for additional activities (Reiki, facials, head massages, blessings and food & retail 

    There is food available to purchase on site, feel free to bring picnic and snacks 

    Larger items can be left in the car for when you need them. Vehicles and contents are left at owner’s risk 

    You will have a wristband and can come and go as you please.
