Experience the captivating Mind, Body and Soul Festival, a transformative wellness event in partnership with Lucienne Shakir.
Held at the historic Delapré Abbey in the heart of Northampton, these extraordinary gatherings nurture the mind, revitalise the body, and uplift the spirit.
With empowering workshops, immersive sessions, and enlightening talks featuring headlining acts like Laura Hof, our meticulously designed programme reflects our core values of community, wellbeing, and Northamptonshire heritage.

Empowerment day, including keynote speakers Laura Hof, Lucienne Coaching, Men’s Health and confidence by Ned Shakir, as well as a drumming circle by Hannah Lily, Yoga & Pilates classes for all by local teachers and lots more. Other activities on the day include barefoot trail, ice baths, and star gazing with a pizza finale.Main stage:
