Hibiscus showcases the very best seasonal and locally sourced produce delivering a 7 Course tasting menu that changes monthly. The simple yet carefully created dishes are complemented by the elegant surroundings of Delapré Abbey where diners can enjoy the key elements of the current seasonal dining scene.
