We’re delighted to announce that Hibiscus opens its doors on 5th February within the beautiful setting of Delapré Abbey.
The AA rosette-awarded restaurant showcases the very best seasonal and locally sourced produce and delivers a contemporary à la carte menu, in addition to the Chef’s personal tasting menu.
Executive Chef Samuel Squires has worked in many top restaurants including the 5-star Grove Hotel in Watford, The Ritz in London, 3 Michelin-starred private restaurant, Remy, on the Disney cruise lines under chef patron Arnaud Lallement, and luxury yachts with Silversea cruises.
The simple yet carefully created dishes are complemented by relaxed and attentive service in the comfortable, elegant surrounding of Delapré Abbey where diners can enjoy the key elements of the current seasonal dining scene with Chef Squires’ innovative twist.
It’s not only the exclusive food in Hibiscus that is unique. Their extensive wine menu is not one to miss which includes fine wines as well as delicious dessert wines.
Hibiscus aims to be Northampton’s best restaurant and break the stigma surrounding fine dining. Hibiscus celebrates great British and modern cooking and after being awarded with one AA rosette the secret is now ready to get out.
Delapré Abbey has gone from strength to strength since it opened to the public for the first time in its 900 year history in March 2018. With its popular events programme, and growing partnerships and links with local businesses, the Abbey is a destination not to be missed.
Hibiscus is open Wednesday to Saturday. Book your table online at http://hibiscusfinedining.co.uk. Hibiscus joins the successful Orangery Café at Delapré Abbey.
